How do you count a ticket?

A ticket is counted when you receive a new message via you sales channel or through designated email account. Any subsequent messages or emails related to that ticket wont be counted as a ticket.

Which plan should I start with?

The number of support tickets required depends upon the number of sales orders and your customer complaint ratio. If you are unsure, just start with a smaller plan and upgrade when required.

Can I buy more tickets without upgrading plan?

If you running short on your tickets and want more tickets until the end of billing period, you can buys smaller bundles of 100, 200, 500 and 1000 tickets.

Can I test your software before purchasing?

Yes. You can always subscribe to our trial account for 20 days without requiring a credit card. Our trial account includes all the features.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling your plan comes into effect the following month.

Can I get refund?

Unfortunately, not at this time! Please try our free plan for a while to make sure Seganta is what you want.
